This week I received a request to cover a topic that I can’t believe I haven’t covered before, not once in all the 51 episodes of Make Light. Giyen writes: “If you haven’t done so already, could you please explore the idea of giving yourself permission to be happy, when everything else feels like a dumpster fire? I know I struggle with this.”
What an amazing question. So join me as I share why giving yourself permission to be happy is not just a good thing to, but actually what we might need to do in order to save the world.
