a rebellious little list of good things
Made it to Friday, and lawdy-me, this week was so much lovelier than last! Marcus’ little gift certainly was a boost, but so was the sweet card I received from a friend with a golden feather tucked inside, as well as a few nice things that I did for myself along the way. I’d say I’m at 100% now — just in time to really enjoy the weekend. Alleluia.
And so, to help bring a little light and love to your weekend, here are a few wonderful things:
• I mentioned reading a book by Ross Gay, and I’m so not kidding, if you haven’t read anything by him, then you need to fix this. He’s our kind of people. Start with this bestseller.
• I’m really, really conflicted about AI, but this is pretty great.
