Hello from Bath!

For the first time in 4 years, our family has returned to my partner’s homeland. It took a 4-hour flight delay, then a 9-hour flight, followed by a 1-1/2 hour drive from Heathrow airport, but now we’re rested and the weather is perfect and we’re ready to explore.

For the first time in a while, I brought my large camera with me. As I mentioned in my previous post, I haven’t been particularly great at making photographs for the past 6 years, but I figure that if I can’t jumpstart a photography practice in some of the beautiful spots we’ll be visiting over the next week, then all hope is lost. I’ll try to share some of my favourite shots daily, but also, if you’d like to see what’s happening in real time, you can follow my stories on Instagram.
