create.2021!

Off and on for the past 7 years or so, I’ve offered an online course at the end/beginning of every year, chock-full of daily journaling prompts to help you set your intentions for a new year. Recently, I’ve had a couple of folks reach out to ask if I would be offering the course again this year.

Oh my darlings, I love that you’re interested, but as full as this year has been, I just don’t have it in me to host an online course right now. I deeply need rest.

That said, I’m a sucker for end-of-year introspection, and I certainly didn’t want to leave you empty-handed as we approach the end of 2020, especially given that 2021 was … well … let’s call it challenging.

So I decided to put together a free ebooklet — one that contains some journaling prompts to help you excavate the good from 2020 (trust me, you’ll find some!), as well as set your intentions for 2021, and begin a little gratitude practice to help you along the way. I’m calling it CREATE.2021.

And so, I invite you to enter your email below to instantly access a free pdf download that will help you process the past year, and prepare for the coming one. It’s a pared-down version of the ecourse that I’ve created in the past, and hopefully it’ll be a lovely way to spend an afternoon with your favourite cuppa. Just print out the pdf and write on the pages (there’s some space after every prompt), or, if you’re more of a long-form writer, simply bring your journal along for the ride and record your thoughts there.

Enjoy, my friends. And if you have a friend who might find this helpful, feel free to pass this along. Because the more we can plan an intentional year of making light (for ourselves and for others), the better.
