back to life, back to reality
After a month of frantically moving into our home, getting it ready for houseguests, followed by hard-core holidaying and then 6 days of relaxation, today our family goes back to work: Alex returns to her school for her second semester, Marcus returns to work and I’m currently on an overnight trip to New York City for a new coaching client, returning tonight.
It’s back to our normal routine. Except we’re figuring out what “normal” looks like in our old/new surroundings.
It’s sort of poetic that we returned to our home and our life at the end of one year and the beginning of another. It’s sort of natural to begin new practices, new intentions at the beginning of the year, and doing it in a new home and, in my case, a new home office, makes it feel extra important. And flights provide wonderful, uninterrupted time to journal.
More when I get home. Hope the beginning of your year has begun in great form.

What if there’s a more expansive way to think about health?
A little about the new book.
