this was a good week
This was a really good week! Here's why:
• Well, Hamilton was lovely, and Alex interned at a recording studio this week, I tried out a new coffeehouse, and stumbled across a field of wildflowers. What's not to love?
• This guy is a puppet prodigy. Yes, you read that right. And it's weird. And highly cool.
• Last week, the US Patent & Trademark office issued a trademark for smell of Play-Doh. And here I thought the finger puppets above were weird. (Also, I'm low-key surprised that this hadn't been trademarked before.)
• There's apparently a new design show coming focusing on kids' rooms, and now I feel like I'm going to have to up my game for Alex. (Check out the young musician's room -- how cool would that be?)
• If my dentist did this, I'd be a lot less nervous for my cleanings.
• An animated history of light.
• Mark Seliger's iconic photographs.
• 25 TED speakers share what advice they wish they'd received when they graduated. Good stuff.
Have a wonderful weekend, friends. And for those of you in the United States, have a safe Memorial Day.
See you next week.
