Have you seen The Secret Life of Walter Mitty?  If you haven't yet, do yourself a favour and rent it.  Admittedly, there are times when you're watching it when you'll feel like you have to suspend your desire for logic, but its message is sweet and pure, and the cinematography is profoundly breathtaking.  And nothing will make you want to book a flight and go explore like this movie will.
