So, Alex's first day of school went off without a hitch, we went out for some celebratory ice cream, and all's right with the world. In addition, I'm overwhelmed with the enthusiastic response for the Chookooloonks Path Finder -- registration is closed, and I'm working my tail off to make sure that it's a really fun session.  Thank you to all of you who signed up.  As ever, I'm so grateful for your support.  It's going to be a great time.

And so now, some goodies for everyone:  normally on the first of every month (like today, for instance -- happy September!), I put a couple of freebees on the site, and while I did skip August (because of travel), this month, I'm back on it.  So, for your pleasure:
