bright light moments
It's the eve of a long holiday weekend here in the United States (and Canada) -- Labor Day weekend, the unofficial end of summer and unofficial beginning of autumn; in theory, Labor Day is the day when all workers rest.
Yeah, not so much for me.
This weekend, I'm painting my studio. I'm also going to outline a new writing project I'm thinking about, to see if it's even viable. And then, of course, there's still the book to keep plugging away at.
But the cool thing is that I'm really looking forward to all these moments -- they're exciting. And fun. And energizing. And then come Tuesday, it's going to be a whole new world.
Speaking of exciting, fun and energizing moments, I thought I'd share with you this 4-minute movie kindly sent to me by reader Christianne. It's all about life's moments, and how moments just like the ones you'll see below are happening all over the world, right this minute. Some of them are pretty and some are not-so-pretty; and some are just downright beautiful.
Have a great weekend, everyone -- I hope yours is full of exciting, fun and energizing moments. And for those of you celebrating the long weekend, please stay safe.
See you on Tuesday.
