vision boards 2009

I hope you guys had great New Year's Eve, and 2009 is already treating you wonderfully.  We're actually still celebrating, and I think I'm going to take a break from the blog until Monday, when we return to our normal routine.

In the meantime, I wanted to share with you the vision boards that Alex and I did on December 31st.  I wrote about them over on the BlogHer site, and I have to tell you, it was SO much fun doing them.  I spoke to a few people who have done them in the past, and they swear by their magic (here's one example). 

So if you find yourself with some down time and some old magazines this weekend, it's a fun project to think about doing.  I kept my 9 for 9 in the back of my mind when I did my vision board, and once finished, I compared the result with the list -- it was uncanny how many of them appeared in the final product.  I'll be hanging it up in my studio where I can see it every day (and Alex's is already prominently displayed in her bedroom).
